Where complaints are not resolved by service providers, complainants can approach public complaints from the telecommunications department. All complaints received are monitored and resolved through the centralized recovery and monitoring of monitoring and monitoring portals. “The number of complaints received during 2021-22 through the CPGRAMS portal was 58911, where 58224 was resolved,” added the Minister.
For other questions, Chauhan said the number of BSNL customers who chose the network port was standing at 52.3 Lakh in 2021-22, while Porting customers were at 28.8 LAKH. Tight competition in the telecommunications sector encourages the two ports to enter and exit to BSNL, he added.
