OnePlus 10T 7-point quick review: A refined experience

OnePlus 10T 7-point quick review: A refined experience

The T series telephone from OnePlus is always about performance. Until OnePlus 8, a smartphone maker routinely launched the T Series telephone. However, with OnePlus 9, OnePlus gave it but now returned with OnePlus 10T, all of which were new. On paper, this phone looks like OnePlus 10 Pro but brings better performance in some areas. OnePlus 10T 5G comes in three variants – 8GB + 128GB, 12GB + 256GB and 16GB + 256GB. The 8GB base variant is valued at RS 49,999, while the 12GB variant is the price of RS 54,999. The 16GB top-of-the-line variant is valued at RS 55,999. We have used OnePlus 10T for a while and here is our initial impression in a quick review.

OnePlus 10 T has a familiar design: seen there, doing it

OnePlus 10T looks very similar to OnePlus 10 Pro and Unibody glass design features. Around 203 grams, this is a mobile phone that is comfortable to hold but tends to be a little slippery. OnePlus 10T is available in black and green jade options. Our review unit is the last and that is a rather good cellphone.

The screen is bright and good for watching content

OnePlus 10T has a FHD+ 6.7 inch screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and offers peak brightness of up to 950 Nits. Like most smartphones in the price range, this phone is equipped with a 120Hz refresh rate. OnePlus 10T screen has an adaptive refresh rate, which means it can adjust between 120 Hz, 90 Hz, and 60 Hz depending on the type of content consumed. This, according to the company, helps save the life of a smartphone battery.

No warning slider: signature movement is not made

Warning sliders have become a staple in most OnePlus cellphones since the beginning of the company. However, OnePlus 10T gave it and we were sure there would be more than a few groans of disappointment. OnePlus said that it had made a rather uncomfortable decision for practical and functional reasons.

Fast and smooth performance: New processor does work

The main difference between the T and Non-T series has become a processor. OnePlus 10T is powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 cellular platform which offers a peak CPU speed of 3.2 GHz with an upgraded 30% CPU power efficiency. OnePlus 10T also has a better GPU Qualcomm Adreno with GPU clock speeds up to 10% faster and support for better game performance. Gaming is fun in OnePlus 10T and the overall performance feels very smooth.

Two good cameras and one that is a bit not too good

The main camera has a 50 MP Sony IMX766 sensor, which is once again something we have seen. The picture we click is fully detailed, the color is produced accurately and fun to look at. However, we will test the camera further to give a deeper view of how well they are. 2MP macro sensors continue to be part of settings – Not sure why images are only enough.

Super fast charging and impressive batteries

So far, we are somewhat impressed with the performance of OnePlus 10T battery. However, what is really impressive is the 150W fast charging. You can recharge the phone in full in just less than 20 minutes, which is truly a Godsend feature. OnePlus said that they had used several technologies to ensure optimal and fast charging for OnePlus 10T. This is also one of the main differences between OnePlus 10 Pro and OnePlus 10T.

OnePlus 10T: What do we think

OnePlus 10T brings fast charging and better performance than OnePlus 10 Pro. This is a good phone but not really prominent from the crowd. At this price point, he faced a rather difficult competition. Will it be enough to influence users to go to OnePlus 10T? Wait for our complete review to find out more.
